Use our Production Calendar to ensure you don't overbook your staffing on a given date! Green = Go, Yellow = Slow Down, Red = Stop. This is a must have to ensure dates don't get overwhelmed with labor. Also very important to use when events cancel as those dates open back up for more bookings automatically. This is a great way to ensure your sales team is doing their best to spread out bookings throughout each week.
Rental Item Trends Report
Easily see rental item trends in your business with the click of a button. This is a great tool which helps you know when to get rid of what old rental products and when to buy more of something.
Quote Followup Tracking
Need a good way to ensure your quotes are getting followed up with in a timely fashion? Check out our Quote Status Report. See how many quotes have been created this month by sales person, when they have last interacted with that quote and how next month is looking.
Fully Integrates with POR Expert
POR is continually pushing rental companies out of Rental Expert into Rental Elite so companies can have these types of invaluable reports. Once you have Elite you still have to pay for custom reports if needed. We figured out a way to create our own visuals and will continue to build them based on user feedback and will make them available to all users.
